cupcakes, babies, and, uhm, me.
starbucks' cupcakes remind me of that older boy you crush on for years and finally hook up with one night.
nice to look at, but better off not knowing.
what a waste of pretty icing.
...
everyone seems to be having babies or thinking about having babies.
which inspires me to share the names i've already chosen for mine.
my girls will be named:
lucia alessandra - i'll probably call her "alex". boring, i know. but there's a pattern here.
taylor madison
mackenzie leigh
my boys will be:
now, i'm having a bit of a hard time with this. my cousin already named my nephew "derek", so i can't use it anymore unless i want utter confusion each time we get together. i would've liked "justin", but my cousin's a "justin" and we already share a name. i like "cromwell" too, but yet another aunt beat me to it twenty-six years ago.
"sebastian" was also a favorite, but my sisters threatened to call him "seb". *wince*
gabriel? miguel? carlo? paolo? joshua?
i've a feeling i'll be naming my baby boy "keith".
and then i'll have a possible identity crisis and/or oedipal complex to look forward to.
lovely. i haven't even started and i'm already a bad mother.

i actually did something similar to this already, so i'll just plagiarize myself and copy and paste and add a #4 to each one.
four jobs i've had in my life:
because i'm a loser who still thinks she's a 15 yr. old with all the time in the world to decide on what she wants to do with her life (read: semi-slacker bum), i'll just give you the four jobs i WISH i've had:
1. a librarian
2. a pastry chef
3. a pussycat doll who also owns a bookshop slash teahouse (fishnet stockings, dainty teacups, cream scones and gory mysteries all go together in and define my world)
4. an archaeologist
four films i can watch over and over again:
1. the philadelphia story (i chanced upon it a few years back and loved it ever since. i love old movies with actual scripts.)
2. amelie
3. shaun of the dead
4. ever after
four places i have lived:
1. caloocan (all of my friends used to call it ghettoland, but i loved my neighbors there. i gave a huge sigh of relief when my dad nixed the idea of using that property in novaliches. i doubt tricycle drivers and store owners and various people in the neighborhood, in the neighborhood, in the neighborhohoood would've been as nice there)
2. before 1991, i used to spend every other weekend and every summer in pampanga. does that count?
3. current address: hell frozen over
4. this imaginary world that's like alice's wonderland, stars hollow, and splenda land rolled into one
four TV programs i love to watch:
1. the OC (which isn't even that good, i know, but it has seth cohen)
2. CSI - vegas, miami AND new york. but mostly vegas.
3. grey's anatomy
4. lost
four places i would have visited if i had the money:
1. greece
2. egypt
3. new zealand
4. india
four websites i visit daily:
none. i've conquered the internet beast in me (thank god) and don't check things daily anymore. nope, not even emails.
four of my favorite foods:
1. salmon sushi/sashimi
2. really sour sinigang eaten with sinangag and toyo
3. shakey's manager's choice pizza with plenty of tabasco and a side order of those mojos
4. my mom's chocolate cake
four places i would rather be right now:
1. san diego
2. manila
3. pampanga
4. this imaginary world that's like alice's wonderland, stars hollow, and splenda land rolled into one
